As those of us in the United States celebrate Independence Day, we turn our focus towards what it means to be “independent." This holiday reminds us of the values of resilience and self-determination that underpin the foundation of our society and drive us forward.

At LionTree, we believe that being independent is about more than just freedom from constraints — it's about cultivating the courage to explore new ideas, take risks, and foster a sense of individuality and initiative. This propels us to embrace challenges, seek opportunities, and strive for excellence in every aspect of our lives.

How can we take proactive steps towards these goals? How can we find our individual essence, and use that essence to benefit our communities?
